In late 2014, to start our company we had created a campaign on Indiegogo (IGG) where we had chosen to have flexible funds, which give companies to store the funds invested even if the goal has not reached.
As it was announced in the last backer exclusive video, due to procedures of being partnered with a major US carrier Arubixs fell behind the timeline announced on Indiegogo campaign page.
Therefore, Arubixs CEO Brandon Mairs decided to reimburse the investment amount to the Indiegogo backers’ who had purchased a Portal smartphone through our campaign and had been waiting patiently during this time.
To show our goodwill and Arubixs’ dedication to its honest business ethics, backers who purchased a Portal through the campaign will not only be reimbursed, but will also get their Portal smartphones when the phones are ready for distribution.
Since our IGG backers are from different countries all around the world, Arubixs Finance Department is working on a process to find the best way to reimburse all IGG backers’ investments-who had purchased a Portal from our IGG campaign-with two simple methods that will work simultaneously at ease.
Detailed information regarding the reimbursement method and timeline will be shared in the near future with all our backers at the emails they used in the campaign system.
